Many of us are very good with self-medication not knowing it doesn't work all the time except we visit the hospital. It's better for one to get treated by a trained doctor than buying drugs which we guess might work for what we are experiencing. There are sometimes we feel it's malaria, but it's something else. I once had this experience too until it got worse, I had the worst typhoid where I did spent a lot to cure. It was until I took over 5 water drip in my body before I got better.
