Before, I thought it's the only person that offends one that should say the word sorry but I realized we might escalate matter if we keep having that thinking when we could just let it out and allow peace to reign. There are also people who are so proud that when they are at fault, they won't utter that word because of who they are. But I have learnt to ignore them and just say sorry when the need arises.

You are a smart and responsible person when you are quick to say I am sorry even when you aren't at fault. It's just a way to let the matter slide and make argument end. It doesn't make you a fool or even remove a strand of hair from you, it's just who you are.
