Life is hard, and sometimes we end up doing some things that we don't like just to get by and survive. Now when I say some things we don't like, I don't mean something bad, I'm talking about maybe enduring a terrible job with an abusive boss, that kind of thing.

And sometimes it doesn't have to be a job that we don't like due to abuse, it could be because of how tiring and demanding the job is, that could be why we don't like it.

Well, experience has taught me that in order to survive in a place like that, you have to look for something you do like about that place or a fun challenge that you could give yourself, and then convince yourself that you're only there to overcome that challenge....and everytime you overcome it, you unlock a new quest and just keep on going, keep on challenging yourself.

A good example is let's say you get a job that requires you to type a lot on your computer in your office and you hate it, because everything you're typing isn't something interesting that could keep your mind busy as you read through it.. Well, rather than focus on that, how about seeing that whole thing as you increasing your typing speed and everyday you keep on giving yourself more words per sec that you could type.

That way, you've diverted your mind from the boring job that you're doing, to a fun game of how fast can I type.

Basically all I'm saying is that everything or almost everything we do can be converted to something fun, it's all just in the mind. If you're able to trick your mind into believing it, you will never look at that job the same way you've been looking at it in the past.

It's all a mind game.
