Then put several alo chops and eggplant chops together. However, eggplant chops and potato chops are prepared at home in a homemade manner. That's why I fried the chop before. But you can use different types of masala and singara to increase its taste.
Then put the chop in a bowl. Eggplant chops are not broken like this. The reason for breaking it up like this is so that it mixes easily with jhalmuri. In addition, all the other chops were broken in this way, that is, they were not chopped. After doing this leave it for some time then it will also become soft. It will get better if you do it for some time. Because the longer you chew it, the more flavor it will get.
Another major ingredient in Jhal Mor is roasted chickpeas. But you can skip it. But I'd say it's better not to do biscuits. Make Chhola Bhuna at home. It took a lot of time to make cholla bhuna. And it tastes so good. Roasted chickpeas add more flavor to Jhalmuri. You also keep a little more Jhalmuri roasted chickpeas for you.
Then mix everything together including onion and pepper mix and eggplant and onion chop mix and mix well. Then again use mustard oil in it. Jhalmuri needs to have a bit more spice content. By not mixing everything well, the jhal mudri test will be good. A small amount of onion will work, but if you increase the amount of chili, you will get the taste of Jhalmuri.
Once everything is mixed together add salt as needed. After that, Jhal die in this masala using the biggest ingredient Muri. Then mix everything together well.
