Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all I hope everyone is doing better by the grace of Allah. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I will share with you Easy Kalabuna Recipe with Chicken. I will show you how to make it very easily. You will love today's recipe.

Equipment

chicken meat

bay leaf
cumin

Soybean oil and mustard oil
etc

All these ingredients are required to make this recipe. I will show you how to make this recipe very easily and beautifully and it tastes good. It is as good to look at as it is to taste. I will share easily.

First you can see I have taken all these ingredients to make masala. There are cloves, bay leaves, cumin seeds, pepper, dry chillies, cinnamon. These spices should be fried and then cooled and powdered. And this masala is essential for this cooking. You can do this in any way.

I took one pod of papaya for about 1 kg of chicken. Chopped the onion and cut it all. Then start frying the onion. That is, the onion barista did not make. Onion breast is also very necessary for this cooking. That is why it should be done today. This is why the onion has been cut a lot. This onion roast doubles the flavor of any dish.

There are a few tricks to making onion barista right. First, you will finely chop the onion. Leave some salt in the chopped onions for some time. Then when you add the onion to the oil to make the roast, at that time the onion will take out a little water by hand and leave it in the oil, then the pistachios of the onion will turn red in a short time and the onion will become roasted in a short time.

I cleaned and washed the chicken beforehand. To marinate the chicken, first add 80% of the onion paste. Then one by one all kinds of spices are given according to the amount of spices. But all the spices that must be given are ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli paste, half of which is made into a powdered masala with all kinds of spices. All these masala ingredients must be put in it.

Another important thing is that you calculate the amount of meat and add all the spices that are there. Once the masala is well mixed, add the remaining oil from the frying, and add extra oil. But now soybean oil should be given. After adding all types of masala oil, it is marinated well and kept for 30 to 1 hour.

You will then continue to heat it just as you would cook meat. But note one thing, do not use any water to cook this meat. I also did not use any water. Whenever you light it cover it with a lid after a while then the water in the meat will come out and then the meat will be cooked. When the meat is cooked i.e. boiled it should be taken down. And when you take down the meat you will see that there is no broth in the people. Then add another pot of mustard oil and after adding dry chillies and some spices, boil the meat and cook it well. If you cook the meat well in this mustard oil, you will see black color in the meat after some time. And just at that time you will understand that your human is ready. This is exactly how your meat should look if you do this. It can be made very easily.
