Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well. This story is very interesting. Even When Toxic. It feels like what I experienced and some people. The question that arises is, why do people choose to stay with people who are bad to them?
The decision is because they have no choice, so they need to survive. I want to give an example of a woman who is affected by Domestic Violence. The woman will survive because of the children. So, it's not a matter of physical health and others. This is a problem of no choice.
If divorced, what about the children? Who will provide for them? It's a difficult choice when women do not have financial freedom. And have a deeper place with the perpetrator. Will it be possible to get free from a toxic environment? It is possible, but it can happen for a long time.
For example, you work in a toxic environment. A very toxic boss, puts pressure on you, no appreciation for the work you do and others. But, still working. The reason is, no choice. Maybe thinking, still have installments, debts and others.
But, believe me. If you are empowered and attentive, the person can take other actions and get out of that environment. When you are empowered, you can think clearly and can weigh many things. Maybe that's what I feel too.
I want to tell you about myself right now. But, I'm still not ready to tell you about my condition. In essence, I am considered not to have the capacity to work where I work. Disappointed with such an assumption, not thinking thoroughly about what the factors are.
In fact, I have tried many things to achieve that capacity. The final decision today is that I am ready to let go of it. Practically, when I am empowered, I can think clearly about any problem in my life. Actually, I like working in a civil society environment, community empowerment and others.
I feel like I need to think again for a moment and think about myself personally. The desires that I want to achieve and have been delayed for some time. Doing work that I like. What about my finances? I am sure, God has arranged. I am ready to get other opportunities in my life. That's just a short story from me, see you in another story.

I am glad that you finally have that brave to resign from a toxic environment. I have been there, my previous work was toxic because they didn't give my salary on time. Before that, I was confused about quitting because the same reason, even though I have no installments, I have not enough money in my account. But finally, I was confident enough to quit. After that, I do anything that I can do to collect the money. You are right, God has arranged how to pay our all bills as long as you have positive affirmation and are more confident, you will get better.
