THE UNIQUENESS OF GROUP TRAVELING

Travelling is an adventure on its own. There are some long-distance trips you will make with some group of people in a commercial bus and you wouldn't want the journey to end any time soon. In this case, the trip becomes more important than your destination🤩🤩.

So my answer to the #hivelearners question on this topic is that I would prefer to travel with other passengers on a commercial bus while traveling than be alone in my private vehicle. Here are my practical reasons via my experiences:

• Group traveling opened my eyes to an opportunity: I am an extrovert but I can act like an introvert depending on the atmosphere I find myself in, lolz. So on one of my group trips, as usual, I got involved with the topic of discussion inside the bus. It was an interesting topic and everyone shared his or her view about the topic. Socializing with people indeed have a positive side, in the middle of our discussion, I discovered that a good number of people on that bus got some amazing skills and info. They were dishing out expensive knowledge that was literarily hidden from my reach! My eyes and my heart were open and I grabbed the opportunity that added value to my life to date.

• It gave me an Avenue to make new friends:

I have made a few good friends through group travel. Interactions between some people and I unraveled some common peculiarities and we became friends which have created good lasting memories. One of my friends I made during a trip gave me a link to the job I got in an oil and gas firm 3 years ago. Indeed people are everything, you never know where your destiny helpers can be!

• It offered me an opportunity to learn new things: As we all know, learning never ends and there is no specific place set out for you to learn rather, you learn everywhere and anywhere. Over the past years/months, I have traveled with other passengers in a commercial bus where we shared some unique and incredible moments. New tactics about lifestyles generally were unfolded by some people and we learned together throughout the journey. Instead of being bored all alone in my private vehicle over a long distance, I will choose group traveling with an open mind to interact with people and probably learn new things.

• It provided a solid contact for me and my family: My last travel to another state was in February this year. A man who was sitting very close to me after just a few means of general interaction about transportation asked me what I am into and I told him, not only did he patronize me but he also gave my husband a contract. At times God can decide to answer your prayer point through people and you wouldn't know when, where, and how but in everything, people remain the shortcut to our success. However, traveling alone may not have offered me such an opportunity.

Many people too have found their life partner through group traveling, some found jobs, links to success, etc.

Have you also thought of your car breaking down on the road while traveling alone? You may feel stranded and maybe helpless but with group traveling, people brainstorm together and provide help easier and faster.

My experience so far with group traveling has been unique and fun. Traveling by commercial bus in most cases is more enjoyable.
