The type of traffic jam I faced today while going to mainland eeh ..it was terrible... coupled with exhaust from the car I was perceiving and almost threw up...

Indeed, one car per family can help our environment and reduce carbon emissions but I wouldn't also overlook it's possible negative effect like u pointed out
