I love Sabudana in all forms. Kheer, Vada, Khichidi. Got this from my father who’s a big Sagoo Kheer lover 😋
This Recipe is pretty much simple. Very few ingredients and gets ready in no time.
🔸For the Sabudana
Wash two or three times in running water. This prevents sticking as most of the starch is gone in washing.Drain and add water only an inch more than the sabudana level. Put in a plate on top and leave it overnight.
🔹Next in a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, coarsely powdered ground nut (Roasted), rice flour lastly add the soaked Sabudana
🔸Take a small lemon sized portion, and press it lightly between your palms. Rest them in fridge for 2 hours
🔹Airfried at 200 for 15 mins with the regular turning and applying oil.
You can also fry and shallow fry.
