I asked my parents a question one particular day; I asked him, Dad. Why is it that I always found someone to help me anywhere I found myself, especially when I was far away from you?
I told him some incidents from when I was in my NCE college studying economics. At some point, I met with someone who took me in for years and stayed as my mother. She never collected a dime from me; she will give me food in the morning, afternoon, and night. And believe me, she was just so sweet.
As if that wasn't enough, I traveled to another state for my degree and still met with other parents, who stood by me in one way or another. They fed me for years throughout my university days and gave me all necessary things; in fact, it's always like my parents are with me.
So at some point, I was confused and went straight to my parents to ask them, Why do people always come to save me anything I'm in need of help? Even when I don't need help, I still find a savior. My parents just smiled and sat me down. They said, What goes around will always come around, in one way or another.
They both narrate how they took so many people in when things were right for them; they told me how they fed so many souls without expecting anything from them. They told me how nice they had been treating whosoever lived with them without collecting a dime. They now told me that if it was bad things they had done by then, this is how things would have been so hard for me.
But then they did good, and that is why, no matter where I found myself, I will always be favored. The fact is that the help they did was more than 30 years ago, because even I did not know any of those people. Although my sisters testify to it because my sister was far away from me.
Here is my point: I do tell people that they should not do bad, even as small as it is, because bad things will come back to you. If not you, then your generation to come; the fact that some people do not believe in the generations curse is so annoying.
Some people are enjoying life because of what their parents have gone through and did for them, and life was so hard for some people because of what their parents have also done for them in the past.
Nothing goes free; that is why you should not pity some people if their children are miserable. Check their past; they might have done more than what you think. Some people are so unfortunate they can go to any length to torment your life and even take your life. God isn't stupid; if you think you scout freely, what about your generations to come? This is why we need to be sure of what we are doing, either at work or anywhere. Because karma is absolutely real.
So the question is, must the children also inherit their parents sin? Absolutely yes, the children can inherit the good side, so the bad side too. It's just that sometimes it goes beyond what we think, because karma strikes more often than what actually happened in the past.
I can tell you are a favored child; I'm glad your parents have paved the way for favor for you. Like you said, what goes around definitely comes around, and the law of karma is still there.
Exactly my point, thanks for stopping by.
Importantly, we should tread carefully as humans because we don't know who our actions and inactions can have an effect on.
You are absolutely right
Generational curses are very powerful, but regardless of what the parents did, the children should be exempted from the punishment.
Lols if the children can inherit the good deeds, why not the bad deeds. at least it was their parents.
