I've been here for a while now and feel that I'm slowly but surely getting to know my way around, even after a rather bumpy start.
However, I still have a few questions which I hope someone can answer.
If I give someone a like or upvote, do I also benefit from it or only the person who receives the upvote/like?
What's the deal with the like weights? What reason is there for not always voting with 100%?
I see quite a lot of posts in foreign languages that i don't speak. Can I somehow restrict which languages I want to have displayed and which not?
I have learnt that the community punishes spammers/scammers via the hiveguardians and apparently keeps a list of known spam/scam accounts? Is there any way I can use this list to keep unfriendly accounts off my back?

I am also new here so I don't know everything also.
I think it's kind of split 50%/50% for the original poster and 50% for the upvoters. Then the upvoters split the income again by their vote weight.
If you follow many other hivers you want to upvote you can lover your vote weight in order to vote for more posts since you can't vote endless.
I don't know but I do not see that feature on PeakD wich I use. I don't know if other frontends can do that?
Sadly no idea, I don't had the need yet to block someone ;)
