Hi guys, it's another edition of Creative Sunday, and I'll be sharing with you how I re-made my waist bead.
I love wearing waist beads, and I love how it beautifies the waist.
The thing about it is that I hate wearing too much. Anything more than two is too much for me. The last time I got a waist bead was almost two years ago.
When I traveled home for the holidays, it was a topic of discussion; honestly, I just couldn't understand why they were so mad about me wearing a waist bead. But since luck was on their side, while I was using the toilet, I accidentally used my hand to cut the rope, and that was the end of the bead, lol. The thing was that I lost some weight, so it became quite loose on my waist.
I got a new waist bead from my friends and it was quite loose from the onset. I also thought it'd be nice to rearrange the beads. And also the thread that was used in making the bead was a little bit weak, so I got some thread from my friend who makes beads so I could redo mine.
You don't really need any special thing to make this except your bead, thread, or should I say rope, scissors, and your time.
To be frank, it took me a lot of days to make it hahaha.
So the beads are actually very flat and there are so many I got tired and dumped it after a couple of days. I finished making the beads today, and afterward, I headed out for my tutorial.
I wasn't able to get some good pictures before I left the house, and by the time I got home, it was almost 8pm, and it was already dark. Thought I would be able to use my ring light to at least get some good shots, but it turned out that my light had other plans for me. It refused to come on guys!😩. I'm not panicking so hopefully I'll go get it checked tomorrow ( not by a doctor tho, I'll just ask my friend to help me 😂)
So there you have it, my very own waist bead. At least I don't have anyone here to worry me about wearing waist beads. What are your thoughts on it? Do you think wearing a bead on your waist signifies a bad lifestyle? Or you just don't like it?

Haha so we almost didn't see this post until next week 😅 the bead looks really traditional and beautiful. I'm not a fan of waist bead too, like to be totally free from any accessories when I'm home or go to bed 😅

Most people believe waist beads are fetish items; others think they signify a bad lifestyle. I admire the people who use them, though I haven't gotten one for myself before; I just like my waist being free.
