WHEN YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA WILL DETERMINE YOU, ACHIEVING YOUR DREAM JOB.

As a matter of fact, social media space controls the general society at the moment, I used the word "control" Because we believe social media than what follow individual is telling us face to face, it's quite funny Right?? Just think about it. What we publish to the social media space had a great part of describing what will are in real world. Because before one can vividly bring something on social media space, you are proud of it and that's why I do tell people but conscious of what you publish on social media, because it has a way of coming back or showing up itself sometime in future and you will be shock, Which can prevent you Many things in life, such as preventing you from getting to work on that one dream Job of yours.

Many organization outside have put in alot to ensure the audacity and standard of their organization and will not like to jeopardize the good name of their organization with anything at all. So if an organization is demanding for my social media handles I think it is to secure the good name and standard of the organization. I know of an organization in my state that you must give your social media handles as part of the employment requirements. This able the employers is know the kind of employees they are about to take in and to confirm if he or she can in anyway spoil the standard of the organization with Their social life.

However, it is important that employers in different organization maintain the ethics and principle, the employers should do they work and not crossing the line, why I said not crossing the line is, some employers use this opportunity to invade into employees privacy which is not ethical. They should strick a good balance in this requirements of Job. There should be a limit that the employer should not exceed, this way employees can easily give the social media handles to they employers to obtain their dream Job.

Anyways, for me I will definitely give my social media handles to my employer just of me to get my dream Job. My dream Job at the moment is anesthetic nursing or to be among the medical team (Medics) of Manchester united in English. So if I'm called for a these Job interview and one of the requirements are my social media handles, I will give it, not because I'm desperate to get the Job, just because the organization need to ensure that they are on a safer side employing me, and as far as there will be a limit to it, such as not invading into private chat's without my permission, a great emphasis on the Private Chat's it is called a private chat's for a reason and it will not be ethical if the employer should invade into my privacy chat's without my permission all in name of Job opportunity. Although there's nothing bad in my chat's but everyone have to be shown respect.

The society and individuals at large should be careful of what they publish on social media space, as a matter of fact I don't think social media can die, rather you can only crash a site which is still not enough to remove the message you put up on social media. Honestly speaking, this submitting of social media handles to employers is a very serious decision to make and I can't really say this should be when organization have not strick a balance to this action.

In conclusion, summiting of your social media handles to your employer is not a bad idea, this is for the organization to determine if you are fit for the Job social wise, because alot of persons May not be able to tell you much about themselves offline, but when it get to social media space you can easy determine what they are, because social media space had a way of gathering your personal information without you knowing you are giving it out. Before it is important that individuals be careful of what they publish on their social media handles.
