The connection with nature is one of the greatest advantages of rural life.

This is a publication based on the suggested topic proposed in the Hive Learners community through their discord, which on this occasion is "Urban Or Natural".

The topic I am going to talk to you about today is quite interesting to me and it is precisely because I have had the opportunity to live for a long time in the natural part, far from the city, in a small town that is at the ends of the world. called Uberito, from the Anzoátegui state, which is really forgotten by God, so to speak.

I remember that on the date I visited there were around 10 houses.

I don't know how it is today, but I suppose that the same conditions are maintained because this is a place that is a remote field, and well, what people usually do there is dedicate themselves to planting corn, peanuts and, above all, , to animal husbandry.

They grow peanuts because it is a land that is very hot, very arid and so that type of harvest grows very well in these parts.

What I can tell you is that in this area there is a lot of nature, cows, birds and local fauna, because you see many deer and morroccoyes and typical animals that are only found there. It's very relaxing.

For me, the experience was really pleasant. As I told you, I had the opportunity to live there for about three months in my in-laws' house because, well, precisely because my in-laws got to know me and shared time with them so that they knew what the future was going to be.

Her daughter's husband, who was my partner, took me to spend a few days at their country estate and there I managed to live this whole experience.

I got to know the way some rural people live and I can tell you again that it is very relaxed.

I mean, they do have their responsibilities like everything else, but life is very simple. It is not like the life that we know, those of us who live in the city, accustomed to technology and all the advances.

They are completely opposite things. So, in comparison, the difference in living in a rural area like the one I currently live in is very, very different.

In rural areas we are used to the noise of cars, people, vehicle alarms, the noise, for example, of doors slamming in the case where I live, and it is not something that is pleasant.

In other words, they are completely very different situations that over time we adapt to and it is curious because we should not feel good if we are not in contact with nature, with the tranquility of living a de-stressed life with the noise of the birds when you wake up.

I think that is the greatest advantage we can have living in a part that is natural, that is full of nature.

And the biggest disadvantage of living in such a natural environment is that we do not have access to all the benefits of the big city, not food at hand, immediate medical services, hospitals and access to clinics.

Well, generally in the middle of a jungle you won't have access to that.

So, on the disadvantage of living, but on the other hand I consider that there is more advantage than disadvantage of living in the countryside.

So I'm always going to have that tendency to want to live in an area that's natural. Perhaps because I am from the city, my preference leans towards that side precisely because I need tranquility and I need the peace of living in a relaxed place.

But I think that, in general, it will always be my preference to live in a natural area.

It would be a great thing to be proficient living off the land like some of our ancestors would have done that weren't part of a large society with no government. I know living outside the grid today is different than many centuries ago but I like to think if you found a place secluded by itself you could do that.

First thing that comes to mind is Native American lifestyle before the powers of Europe arrived. One really needs to figure out a shelter, food source and of course water to begin with. One would have to be resourceful and with that a lot of things can come of that.

I know this way of living is something that tweaks your interest. I ask you friend how would you begin this journey if you had the opportunity? Or better put if you were left with a limited amount of stuff to start out with what would those be If any?

I have lived in the city and the country side. I miss the quiet (peaceful) and natural state of the country side. Cheers Amigo and have peaceful days ahead 😁

That is my lifelong dream, to live in a remote area on my own, away from the city, growing my seeds, harvesting fruits, and with my breeding animals.

To begin with, if I had the opportunity I would do it in a distant country in South America, preferably China, Vietnam or Thailand. In reality, I wouldn't need anything other than the land, that the property was mine and that they would let me make my home in that place. I would craft my own tools, my axes, my knives, absolutely everything to start from scratch.

I have lived on a farm, and I would never change it for the city, I much prefer the type of life in the city Bob. It is more my style, relaxed, without worries other than my animals, my land and my home, without being aware of taxes, the Internet or the problems of the world and its politicians, wars and all that which is so intoxicating.

@manclar about 6 or 7 years ago I went to a town called Uberito, it only had two streets, but it had several houses, it was a crazy experience because I tried to get rid of my ego to live in that position, where there was not much signal, nor internet, but in this case they lived off the pine trees and their crops and the animals they raised, they had a dark brown river because of the trees that were inside it and it was scary hahaha but the water was cold and delicious, the sounds The birds and the nature surrounded you, I went to a party in the only place where the people gathered, I drank pure rum and danced raspa canilla hahaha then I thanked my mom for taking me, it was great.

Now I won't be able to get rid of that image of you of thinking of you dancing raspa canilla, nooooo for God's sake hahahaha.

The uverito that I knew was in Aragua de Barcelona, on the Anzoategui side, there they led a tasty life, those people are authentic, without poses, there what is, is. I miss those places, stages that happen in life.

Today I'm still looking for a place like that to disappear, become invisible and lose myself.

Life in the rural area is way interesting because one will have to get what he wish to achieve because there is the luxury of space and one don't have to compete for anything against what is obtainable in the cities and more. Although this line is just a few that can go with it

It was a pleasure reading from you as I got a view similar to mine

Saludos @manclar , un placer saludar al capibara mayor , excelente post hermano , muy bueno , felicitaciones ...!!

😂

Live in a rural area? Yes
Without internet? No 😅
I'm already at the point where I don't know how to live without internet... sad but true 😝

Hi @manclar, on the subject of country and city. I have to admit that I am conflicted. Sometimes I hate Madrid and it makes me want to go to the countryside, at other times I love my city so much that I can't see myself living in the countryside.

A hug my friend.

I understand you, I am from the countryside, the city is never for me, and look, I know it well, with its vices and virtues, I think that is precisely why I choose the mountain.

Hi @manclar again. I also understand what you are saying, and I am not surprised by your decision. I think I will end up in the countryside in the end, but near Madrid. It is a solution that I think can have both the advantages of the city and the countryside.

Another advantage of living in the countryside is that you eat healthy, free of chemicals, the air you breathe is not polluted, you will have less respiratory diseases, the houses are far away from each other, for me it is good to avoid problems. Without a doubt, when you need peace, the countryside is a good alternative.

While in the city we have everything within reach, but there is pollution, bad habits, but there is something necessary the Internet and in some places it is difficult to access, good topic.
