Fashion/Cloth Sense entails choosing clothes that make you look attractive.

Having a great fashion sense means you know how to dress in the most attractive way possible.

What you wear dramatically affects how people treat you; true is the saying that the way you dress determines how you will be addressed.

Wear a poorly designed, ill-fitting suit, and you will look weird wherever you go and that sure hurts. On the other hand, wearing smart, stylish attire is sure to grab eyeballs and make people like you a bit more.

Dressing to impress is not the goal, but appearing smart has a way of winning and building trust.

This obsession with having a good dressing and fashion sense is what drives fashion-conscious people like me, It’s almost like I forced myself to dress well – and why not? After all, being smart and looking good is a sure confidence booster for any person. Your fashion sense can even reflect who you are, and how you would like to be seen in this world. A small scenario to as why I'm particularly meticulous about a positive fashion sense is how it helped me during project proposal and defense. I tend to do better when my outfit matches the occasion, it gives me self belief and confidence as opposed to the inferiority complex that comes with a poor dress combination.

MY CHOICE OF CLOTHES

My choice of dress is largely dependent on the occasion, however When it comes to fashion, I go for quality first! This is not necessarily the most expensive. Quality clothes usually have an immense impact on my whole look. Not only do they last longer; better dress tend to have that “quality” feel to them, which instantly adds more weight to the whole look.

I will be considering the clothes I like wearing into 3 categories

  • Formal dress:

For formal purpose, especially business proposals and presentation, a well fitted blue suit is my pick, it gives me a smart look and feel. I could suspend any official or formal meeting if my suit is not handy.

  • Ceremonies:

Ankara, the most popular fabric worn by Africans has become my number because of its shades of color and easy to wear. I prefer Ankara for traditional weddings and other ceremonies because it portrays the African culture.

  • Casual wears:

Bar business meetings or ceremonies, shirt and fitted Jean especially when going for a date gives me the best feeling

RED FLAG!

As stated earlier, I'm so meticulous in my choice of clothes. Red flag is a term I used to describe what get me off.

  • Jerseys:

Although am a football fan and a lover of the round shape leather, I am detest wearing Jerseys. First it makes me look smallish and then there come the feeling of being irresponsible that comes with wearing jerseys in my neighborhood.

  • Colorful clothes:

probably because I have problems with color combinations, I struggle to get which color matches which and as a result, I avoid having to wear more than 2 colors dress

While fashion can be simple, there are some tips you can use to improve your personal dress sense or even develop a unique one if you haven't been into clothes for a long time. And no, it's not difficult; it just sounds difficult! Putting in a few extra minutes while getting ready or shopping for clothes is not huge, but it can significantly improve the way you dress.
