Testosterone is most important, and you've provided some nice tips. No doubt exercise and a good diet play an important role, but there are some specific exercises, such as squat, hip thrust, and deadlift, that are very effective. Thanks for the valuable information.

I am thinking about making an alt account for actifit and walking 50000 steps a day or whatever their target steps are.
