Easy and delicious recipe to make fish! 🐟

Hello guys! I hope you all are doing great. As you guys know that winter season is all about yummy comfort foods, fish is one of my favourites among them. I love fish and to make it is also very easy! It’s such a good meal to enjoy in winters.

Lets share the recipe with you guys too. Firstly lets talk about the ingredients used to make this recipe:

Ingredients:

Fish 1kg
Lemons 4,5
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 3 tsps
Garlic 3,4 cloves
Turmeric 1tsp
Carmon seeds 1tsp

Recipie:

Firstly we will wash out fish thoroughly and add the salt to it, and make it rest for a while so that any smell is removed from it.

Now, I took the three ingredients, lemon, garlic and green chilli, which are to be applied first.

Cut the lemon into half and squeezed the lemon juice from it.

After applying lemon to the fish, I started to peal the garlic cloves.

And then crushed the garlic and added it to the fish, after that I took a tsp of turmeric and added it to the fish.

Now I took the tsp of carom seeds and marinated the fish with it too. It is very important spice to add to the fish, because it gives very savoury and good flavor to the fish.

Lastly, I added the chilli flakes to the fish, if you like your fish to be very spicy, you can add it more but I like my fish moderately spicy so I added almost 2 tsps of this.

At this point your fish is marinated which you have tomgive the rest for almost 2 hours and then fry it on the medium flame.

And just like this my fish was ready, it was so easy to made and ao yummy to eat. After frying it down I added some chat masala to it which makes it a little more sour and spicy.
