Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 33, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.

So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our first topic for the week which is, “REJECTION”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “LIAR LIAR”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the moment they told the truth and it turned out that it would have been better if they had lied instead.

We got to learn about different life experiences and how people knew too late a better thing that would have been done. It was an interesting topic indeed.

This author told us told us about a time he and his friends bulied their junior in school. They had tried to lie to cover up their acts but eventually they ended up telling the truth. There was a price to be paid of course, and it was paid by all of them that were responsible.

I DIDN’T COVER UP MY SISTER! AM I A BAD SISTER? by @princessbusayo

This author told us about the time she could have saved her sister from getting punished. But then, in hindsight, she believes she made the right choice by telling the truth because the event of that evening helped mold them into who they are today. To know the full story, read the post.

THE TRUTH DIDN’T SET US FREE by @justfavour

This author told us about a time when telling a lie might have come in handy for him. Possibly saving him from from strokes of the cane and punishment. But he told the truth, and he paid the price. And till date, he still has no idea if he made the right choice.
