The two sides have their advantages and their disadvantages.

Suppose my family has 17 members, and if I have only one car, then how will I travel to wake my family from one place to another place?

Just imagine this situation... and the family has the money to buy as many car as they want. It's a problem

    But I don't find any advantages in having one car rule for each family. That's why I directly said it illogical rule.
