Active listening

Actually listening is the act of paying attention and get ones audience and this can be done in some many ways. There are ways in which you listing to someone and this include paying attention to whatsoever that person is saying whether be it rubbish or something good paying attention makes the person feel so welcome and the person will feel among, than you keeping him in a state where he will know that what he or she is saying is not corresponding to what you want to hear . Practice of active listening is really a good strategy to get people's minds.

When you are a type that listens to people it makes them to have this kind of likeness that they will always feel very happy to come around to you to tell you things because they know that when the talk to you that you will give them that listening attention they need even if the person is not corresponding with your expectations but when you don't give them that listening ear the run away from you.

Even in families this things happens yeah and that is when parents needs to be very careful most especially on their children. Sometimes some of the parents we have don't give their children listening ear ,most of the times when their children brings about something to discuss with them they still just cut it off maybe telling their children that they are busy or even some reach the extent of shouting at the putting fear in them and this particular art of shouting at the children and putting fear in them has made many children no longer tell their parents what is happening around them . I heard a story where a cousin brother of one child slept with her and anytime she goes to her parents to complain they will just cut her off with they are busy they are busy this kept happening till that girl had a vaginal tear that was when the parents now paid attention to what was happening and by then it was very late.

Listen is really a good at and when people notice you have that listening ear they come close to you and tell you things even the unexpected ones that you never expected to hear . When you have this art of listening people see you as been mature and honestly listening is one of the signs of being very matured ,not by age oo but by what you have in you . Listening to people modes you into being loved by people because they believe you are the best. Parents please try to practice this art of listening because it helps alot meanwhile lack of it has caused a lot of issues in some families, my parents don't really know the benefits sometimes due to the quest for money the forget the necessary things that should be done in the family. Without knowing that the family should be their first priority before another thing.
