Honestly, we are not omniscient. There are many shortcomings in our knowledge. But the reality is we never admit it. We always think of ourselves as scholars. And that is our stupidity. To be honest, I'm no exception. But because of this boredom, we are sometimes in danger or ashamed.

We are not experts in all aspects of life. Nor are we experienced in all things in our workplace. And for that reason we are trained from time to time. But I have seen many people talk about this training. Many people despise it. They say what will teach us in training? We know better than trainers! I have heard such things from a few people. Which is really embarrassing. We have a lot of problems in our mentality so we think about it.

I took my first training in 2017 at Chittagong TTC College. Of course I took training in only 6 days. The training was organized under the auspices of the World Bank and the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh. Only 6 days of training but I learned a lot from there. In fact, we have many shortcomings. As much as we don't know why there is a gap between us. And the importance of training to fill those gaps is immense.

Such a simple thing is the difference between gender and sex! What is the difference between gender and sex? This question was asked to us! But to be honest many people laughed after hearing the spectacles but the reality is that none of us could give the right answer to this question. But later when the instructor sir explained it to us nicely we understood and instead of our laughter we got a little embarrassed.

In fact, I was able to learn a lot more from that training. Which we needed to learn long ago. However, a few days ago I also participated in a basic training in our upazila. Even then I learned something from that training and learned something new. To be honest, there is no age for education and we can learn a lot of nuances through training. It is a part of education. Whatever the training!
