on this occasion I will write about a title which is crime and law this is the title of the hive learners contest in the 46th week of the third edition, hopefully my post can be useful for all of us.

If we talk about crime, we need to talk about many things, such as the definition of crime, the perpetrators of crimes and so on which are discussed in the crime, crime is often interpreted as behavior that violates the rule of law, so that someone can be punished. Crime usually occurs as a result of violating the law either directly or indirectly, or a form of negligence that can result in punishment. In this legal perspective, criminal behavior seems active, humans commit crimes. But actually "not behaving" can be a form of crime. For example, children's courts or not reporting to the authorities when they know that a crime is happening around us.

In general, crimes can be divided into several types, such as personal crimes (the perpetrators and victims are the same), inter-personal (perpetrators who harm others), and social crimes (crimes that harm many people).

So crime is an act that is not good that harms other people and violates laws and norms that have points, for example, theft, robbery, mugging, mugging, or even murder. In today's countries there are many cases of crime. The main cause of these crimes is the difficult economic factors that make perpetrators seize other people's property. The high crime rate in these countries is influenced by several factors such as education, less stringent laws, high levels of unemployment and poverty, then inadequate efforts, and so on.

An example of a criminal case that occurred in my country, one of which was committed by two junior high school children in an area who were forced to commit theft because they were confused about how to find money to compensate Rp. 500,000. This compensation was made because the perpetrator snatched someone. This theft was carried out because when his friend went out to buy food, at that time it was set in his friend's boarding house, the two perpetrators took a gold ring, a set of silver jewelry, and a camera that was on the victim. I actually heard about this case from the stories of my closest friends, they had seen cases of theft committed by the two children against their friends and I did not directly see the case. And according to my friend's statement that after the theft was carried out by the two school children, the victim's family reported it to the authorities to arrest the two perpetrators, because of their very professional work, the authorities managed to catch the two children who snatched or stole jewelry. his friend, in the development of the case it turned out that the two children who stole they were in debt with one of their friends whose friend was due to spraying from a motorized vehicle so that these two children had to pay for it, in the development of the case and also the responsibility of his family to pay for the losses of the two children said, and this child after giving directions, explanations and also education was then released not detained because it was still in the case of a minor.

From my discussion above, I can draw some conclusions, among others
Crime is an act committed that can harm other people such as robbery, theft, murder, robbery, rape and others whose nature can harm and violate the law.
Crime occurs not only because of the will of the perpetrator, but also because there is an opportunity and also has a situation.
Crime occurs as a result of several factors such as economic factors, poverty factors, and educational factors as well as the absence or lack of jobs and very few inadequate wages.
Crimes can also occur due to the lack of strict law enforcement in that country and if someone who has violated the law is caught, without being punished, the crime case will recur because there is no deterrent effect on people who violate the law.
Of the various crime cases that have occurred in various countries, the most frequent ones are in their teens, which are said to be committed by teenagers because they are influenced by association and are also not properly educated.
