Pride truly is the main culprit and it seems hard for others to say sorry even though they know they are at fault.
But it's funny sometimes when we say sorry even though we are innocent 😅 just to end the misunderstandings or any dispute, lol..
I know how to spot which sorry is sincere or not. So usually, even though it isn't sincere, I'm just like, "K fine..just for peace of mind." insincere sorry is easy to say, not the sincere one.

That's right and that's why I ended with saying that if the one wronged is the one to say sorry, it would be more effective even when he or she doesn't say it sincerely, !LOLZ.
