Traditional Minced Meat with Bitter Gourd Recipe !

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

Today was a busy day because there were guests in our house, it was my aunt who specially requested to cook this dish, it's a dish that not many young people like to eat, but it is a dish that old people like a lot. I had to go out to buy Butter Gourd, It was a hectic task as it had been raining for the past two days and the streets were full of water. the other difficulty I faced was the lack of fresh vegetables in the market. Minced meat was available at home.


Ingredients


  • Half kg Minced Meat ...
  • 3 tomatoes...
  • 1kg onions...
  • 1 kg bitter gourd....
  • Salt as per taste...
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder...
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder...
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder...
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste...
  • 250 ml oil...
  • 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder.....
  • Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder

Cooking Procedure


First of all, we need to cut tomatoes, and onions, peel off garlic and arrange powdered red chilli & turmeric in a plate.

then we will take the minced meat wash it properly and remove the water by squeezing it with our hands.

then we will take the cooking pan and will put the plate we arranged in the cooking pressure pan.

Now we will add the minced meat in the pressure cooker pan also.

Now it's water time, time water in a bowl.

add the water to the cooking pressure pot.

cover it with its lid and keep it on the light fire for about 20-25 minutes.

Now we will move towards Bitter Gourd, which is another important ingredient of this dish. We will peel off the bitter gourd and take out its seeds. now we will cut it into small shapes as shown in the figure.

After doing that, we will take the cooking pot and put oil on it.

we will add the bitter gourd to it and let it fry in oil for some time.

now we will chop the onions and add them to the cooking pot.

Here is our cooked minced meat in the pressure cooker.

we will add some oil to the pressure cooker pot.

add these dry ingredients too.

add fried bitter gourd to the pressure cooking pan and let it cook for about 20-30 minutes.

Enjoy eating it with bread.

I can imagine from the pics that how much delicious it will be.
I am very fond of qeema karaila but i eat it withe little more modifications as well. I put in it fried chips as well and that multiplies its taste
