Watching movies is one of the best ways for recreation in recent times, and most of the people love to watch movies. There are various kinds of movies, like horror movies, romantic movies, crime movies, and so many. People watch movies based on their preferences.
Maximum of movies have a deep connection with reality. It's true that most of the movies are fictional, but all the logic and incidents are strongly based on real-life incidents. I need to come to crime movies. Producers try to make it more realistic because people love to see such movies.
We know pretty well that movies can have influence, and it's normal. In the case of crime movies, it's also the same. But do you think it has something to do with the crime rates of a place. It's hard to give a straight answer to it as it has connections with something else also.
I think the economic condition of a country has a deep connection with it. I hope you have noticed that the crime rate is very high in overpopulated and poor countries. It's quite natural because the financial problem is the real problem, and for earning money, many people choose to be criminals. In such a country, those people always try to seek an opportunity to get money, and sometimes they need to choose an illegal way, and it's quite a normal thing. But at the same time, because of the punishment and law, many people get afraid and think 100 times before committing a crime. In movies, all the crime activities are shown in detail. It means from how to do crimes and how the criminal gets caught till the end. The first negative side is that one can learn how to commit crimes from movies, and the second one is that the criminal can be more alert knowing what other criminals get caught after doing a crime. In movies, everything is shown in detail, and it can be a lesson on how to do crimes in better ways. I know it can help many people stay alert, but it also brings threats at the same time. When you face financial activities, the negative side attracts one more because it is the easy way to make money. So at some point, I think movies can be reasonable for increasing crime rates, but they're required in the worst situations.
I think we start to know about right and wrong from childhood, and in that time we start to learn what to do and what not to do. In a good environment, a child grows up with positive intentions. If one person has a positive interaction, then I think he never chooses to commit a crime, even if he gets opportunities. So for such kinds of people, fan movies can be entertaining, and then they can learn how to stay alert from criminals.
So the final answer is that movies have nothing to do with crime movies because it depends on the thoughts of people and their background.

Movies usually have influence on people. A lot of times, some people want to practice what they watched in movies, however it's our responsibility to protect ourselves from all these harmful glorified ideologies.
If we see it as entertainment, then we shouldn't go out there to practice what we watched but learn one or two things from it
Everything has it positive and negative side and we are the one who choose which one to select. So, we are fully responsible for it.
