Education is the backbone of a nation, and teachers take the responsibility to make students educated. From this perspective, teachers take the responsibility to make the nation educated indirectly. It's the responsibility to guide students to a better future.
Every student is not the same. Some students are good and some students are weak in the study, and it can be understood by seeing the result of the exam. Some students become failures, and it's a very common thing. Whom to blame for the failure of students? Should teachers be responsible for the failure of students? There are some things that need to be considered before coming to a conclusion about it.
I think the effort of a student is the most important for achieving success in the academic career. In most cases, students don't make enough effort for their studies. Lack of interest, fault of education system, and boring lessons can be possible reasons. Whatever the reason, students bear the responsibility for it, and so they are responsible for their failures.
It stays parents are the first and best teachers for their children. Their guidance plays the most important role for students. Some parents are good at guidance, and they are concerned for the studies of their child. They keep in touch with their child's studies, and they also do study with their children. Those students do well in exams also, but there are some parents who just order their child to study, and they are not well informed of their child's study. I feel it's the fault of guardians for neglecting their child's study. And in that case, I feel guardians should be blamed for the failure of students.
Sometimes environment also plays a great role for a student. If the environment is not friendly for study, then It's not surprising for a student to become a failure. Every student is not equally skilled or talented. Some students need extra care to do better. In that case, both guardians and teachers need to be conscious.
Let's talk about the teacher's contribution. There are some teachers who are not qualified to be teachers, and their teaching methods are questionable. In that case, teachers can be blamed, but I assure you that there are only a few teachers like that. I agree that most of the teachers in my country are not the best ones, but the majority of them try to teach students based on capability. There are many students in a school, and it's not possible to focus on everyone for a teacher. Teachers provide equal treatment for everyone, but the understanding power is not equal for all students. So, some students can't understand it, and most of them don't raise their voices either. Instead of it, teachers try to figure out weak students and give them special care.
Again, teachers can't control and monitor a student fully because a student stays in front of teachers for a little time. So, it's hard to monitor a student unless the parents also help in this case. I have seen many parents blame teachers for the failure of students, but I feel as guardians they are not capable enough, and they don't deserve to judge teachers based on the failure of students because it most depends on students, and parents are the ones who can control them for the maximum time.
Teachers are like the sun that provides the light and shows us the path, but how to walk on the path and which path we will choose totally depends on us. Teachers are the light that shows us which path leads to the good end and which one will be a bad end. I feel rather than play the blame game, it's better to focus on the real problem without wasting time, which will be beneficial for a student.

Teachers take responsibility ?
You are right too. It is important that a child's academic performance is also monitored at home by the parents that put him or her in an institution of learning.
That's true. Parents role is very important here because teacher can't monitor a student 24/7.

Teachers are not to be blamed for a student who does not want to learn. If it is a poor environment, the students may not be able to learn properly. Parents are the first teachers of their children.
Hmm. That's why I said students are mostly responsible for failure. Teachers can provide knowledge, but how much effort a student makes can create differences among students.

this is the main point, most students are not studious so we can't blame the teachers, teacher can only teach, they cant force a student to know it or force them to take their studies serious
Hmm. Moreover, teachers can't monitor or guide students 24/7, and that's also a limitation. In that situation, I feel parents can play a good role in making a student studious.

I get you. Not every students are actually willing to learn. I have had guys who never tries to go to class or even try to read their notes. How will they sit for an exam and pass?? Teachers shouldn't be blamed all the time because there is always a limit to what they can do. I mean they can't just force studying on a student.
