I never really thought that how I lived my life was supposed to be your concern or anyone else's but then I discovered it was. Yes, the thing is not everyone cares about us but even if one does it means we are not alone and that means in one way or another we are being watched by someone or people. Hmm... you might be thinking I'm saying things in my own opinion, yes I am 😬. But that's not bad after all we all have different ideas about things right?
Well guess what? Today I will be Sharing a lot of information based on what I think and a little of what I know and feel is right but hey! That doesn't mean you can't correct me when I say something you think is wrong, okay? So...I want to write about ROLE Model today, yes, ROLE MODELSSSSSS actually for me, hehe I have so many role models and it's just so cool really. The truth is, some people think it's not ideal to have more than one role model but I do think that is the best, that's my opinion 😊.
For some that are a bit confused of who a role model is, a role model is one who have a lifestyle or anything that people love and want to emulate. From my definition of who a role model is, then you can easily say that anyone can be a role model and guess what? You are not wrong at all 👍✍️. And that is why I also said that I have so many role models because so many people around me both offline and online have really good characters, skills and so on that I will love to emulate.
The more I spend my time here on Hive and engage with it's different users, the more I get more role models because I get the opportunity to see more people and learn from them but then, the big question is, how do I really choose someone as my role model? Hmm, this is going to be a little hard though because I have never really thought about it thoroughly but I think I do have some obvious things I put into consideration when making someone my role model and they are...
Communication skills
The importance of how we relate to people is something I do not like to over look because I'm not so great at communicating well with people and that is why I easily make someone my role model when I see how well they communicate with people around them.
Apt to learn and teach
I love it when I see people who to me are very high in standards are opened to learning from anyone as long as they know the person has a point. Also I love people that likes sharing information with people as much as they can. There are so many people who likes keeping information to themselves because they feel that sharing these information with others might make them become better than them but they fail to see that they are only creating leaders just like themselves.
Honesty/Integrity
People who are truthful about things makes me feel easily drawn to them because I want to be honest and also have integrity. I believe that as long as I have people that have the same interests as me are around, it will be easy to focus on my goals and that is why I always get drawn to people that are honest and have integrity.
Responsible and accountable
There are so many people out there who are scared of being responsible for things including myself and that is why I'm always impressed when I see people trying their best in this aspect, I just get glued to them somehow because they always inspire me to be more responsible and accountable for myself and others.
Hospitality
Doing good as they say is good business, although the actions of some people have made so many doubt that saying but I still believe strongly in it and that is why I choose someone as my role model when I see they are hospitable. Being welcoming to strangers is something that is very hard for most of us to do and that is why when I see someone doing it without caring too much about the consequences, it's really worth emulating for me.
There are so many other things that can make me choose a person as my role model but I will just share these few with you because these are the few I can think of, as they are the more obvious ones. Your qualities for who a role model should be is astonishing. Although possessing all these qualities will make an almost perfect person. I think you've got eye to understand what's worth it when it comes to looking out for what's viable in people, great choice if you ask me.

This is a super post on explaining role models, and there are quite a few around you, that is extremely true that you can look at, but remember that you are not looking up to them, you are looking them eye to eye, as you also need to remember that there are other people who look at you as well for a role model. Also, when you are looking at "role models", do not forget to be you; you be you, as you have all these good traits as well, and do NOT let anyone tell you any different @hopestylist!!!

My thoughts on role models are that you need different role models for different things. A role model for business will probably be different to one for family matters and have very different things to teach.
Role models also need role models in turn, and something I look at is who my role models' role models are. For example, one of my role models is Maximilien Robespierre. He did some terrible things, but what I admire about him is that he was steadfast in his ideals and (in an age where corruption was the norm) was famously incorruptible. His role models in turn were people like Rousseau, Montesquieu and Lucius Junius Brutus - all worthy idealists.
I'm so honored that you find my post worthy. Truly, every role model has a role model in turn and that is how it should be because everyone deserves to be better.
Just like you have rightly explained, it's good to have more than one role model because only one person can't possess all that anyone needs to become the best person he or she can.

I don't think it is wrong to have more than one role model, I don't see anything wrong with it.
I can spend all my friendship to keep an honest person in my life. I love people whose actions portrays their true identity. Just be truthful, be who you really are. is one thing that attracts me to people.

These are really interesting qualities. I read all through smiling. I'm not sure I call them role models for myself, but yeah, I navigate towards people with such amiable qualities. Then I cherry-pick what I want and leave the rest.
That's right, there are surely some other things that might seem off in a person but the ability to take something out is a really good idea.
