DIY Labubu | Creative Sunday

I don't know when I became such a big fan of viral things that now whenever I see something viral, I want to have it too. There are some that are very expensive and I can't afford to buy them, but can't I make them too?

I'm glad I'm not one of those people who spends their money on buying viral things, but yes, I definitely waste my creativity and my time on making something that attracts my gaze.

The thing I am going to make today is called Labubu. It is a toy that is going viral these days. Not only children but also adults are liking to buy it. Its face is so scary but I don't understand why people still like it and call it cute. Well i want this in my clay collections so let's start making it step by step.

I have started making this Labubu by making his facial features, because the only thing that demands detailing in Labubu is its face, and i tried my best to make it exactly same...

First i have molded clay into the shape of oval.

Then i have made the eyes on it with white and black clay.

After that i have made nose and added some clay over the eyes.

Then i have made the big smile with scary teeths.

After finishing the details in face i have made the cap around its face.

And then i have used a needle to make designing and also attached the ears.

Now finally my upper body was done and now i have moved towards the lower one.

I have made simple body of the character and then attached the body to the head.

Then i have used same needle to make designing on the lower body too.

Then i have made the arms and feet of the character with skin colored clay.

Lastly i have found some extra clay so i have made a tinny Labubu out of that clay.

Here's the final results after adding varnish to the body of character.
