Entao um carro totalmente autônomo vc nao seria mais o motorista… seria so passageiro mesmo… os carros hj da tesla etc nao sao totalmente autônomos… eles chamam de parcialmente autônomos e o motorista tem poder pra pegar o controle do carro. Entao com ctz seria culpa do humano nesses casos.

Entendi, realmente depende da forma como é feito o carro e a sua função, se é totalmente autônomo, não existe ou nao deveria existir motorista, se é parcial então faz sentido o motorista ter o poder de pegar e dirigir manualmente, deixando sob sua responsabilidade. Entendi melhor agora, valeu mano!
