Discovering My Talent

Talents are natural abilities inborn in us. We may say they are God-given. To me, it is a talent no one taught you about, you simply find yourself performing it.
Everybody has different skills, even twins may not have a similar abilities.

One thing is discovering your skill and employing it productively in the society.
If you find yourself struggling to perform a certain activity that's not your talent, you need to refocus.
If you learn something (skill) that's not your talent.

These talents, God provided us to it will be valuable to us first, then to those around us.
Some individuals recognize theirs early while some are still finding.
There's no late time discovering yours, you simply have to pray to God to help you discover yours.
The key thing is enabling yourself to perform your function.

Since I was a child I have liked music.
I would recall when my Dad would purchase children's music tracks for us like Destiny kids music.
We had all the music volumes at home. I wouldn't spend a day without listening to any of the music tracks.
I love singing even if I didn't know all the lyrics. I began cultivating my talent at 12 years where I joined the children's chorus in church I was there still I was 19years.
When I was 16 years I became the choir mistress for 3 years.

Later I was transferred to the Adult church where I joined the musical instrument band at church. I became a backup singer initially after taking several pieces of training which helped me train my voice.
With time I began singing when my leader was not around.

Music became my life and I am either singing or listening to music. It became a food to my soul and what cools me off when I get angry.
