WORK LATE NIGHT ” I am quite certain that experts will tell us that we should be awake with the sun, and bed at 10pm every night at the latest; however, we all know that the real world doesn’t work that way and that there are early birds and night owls, naturally occurring, and others who have to try extremely hard to adapt to the other variety than their natural preference because of their life circumstances.
well for most people, they had to take night jobs to pay up their bills Very much so - especially if you are a night owl like me. I can do more and be more productive later in the day No matter whether you are a day person or night person, there is a similar cycle we all experience, just at different times. For us
for example, a daytime person may reach a peak of performance around 10:00 am, then see a slack in performance around 1:00 or 2:00 pm and then build up again for a second peak around 6:00 pm. A night person may find that they have a peak in performance around 2:00 pm, then slack off around 6:00 pm with a second peak at 9:00 - 10:00 pm. The cycle is about the same, just at different times well.
We are all blessed with the capacity for phenomenal growth and possibilities, but somehow this gets suppressed as we grow older and experience the world, especially the world of works
especially during the day we may have a fraction of the distractions, people interrupting you or phone calls texts etc…… For me working late at night can be a productive time for me. because i find it, to be less distracted and more focused when there is less noise and activity around me. and aslo found out that i have more energy in the evening than during the day. not as well for other people
