Chanay ki Daal ka Halwa ❤️

Ingredients for Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa:
- Ghee 250 gram
- Milk 1 kg
- Chana daal 1/2 kg
- Caster sugar 1/2 kg
- Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons
- Almonds and pistachios (finely chopped) half cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Silver paper as required
- Cardamom as required
- Kewra water
Method:
- Soak chana daal in water for 2 hours.
- Now wash well and boil in milk until tender.
- When milk dries, chill it and grind in the chopper.
- Heat ghee, put cardamom pods, and roast daal on low flame until fragrance comes.
- Then add sugar and roast until halwa leaves ghee.
- Lastly, add kewra water, cardamom powder, pistachios, almonds, desiccated coconut, and mix it well.
- Spread halwa on the tray. Garnish with pistachio, almonds, and silver paper on top and cut into pieces.
- Chanay ki daal ka halwa is ready. 😋
