This is another wonderful day to show you all my creativity, I welcome you all to my blog, today's blog is all about making chin-chin, chin-chin is one of the Nigeria snacks that is very popular and I think it is all around the world not only in my country

The ingredients used
💗Flour
💗Baking powder
💗Sugar
💗Milk
💗Butter
💗Eggs
💗Nutmeg
💗Vanilla flavor
💗Pepper
💗Milk flavor
💗Vegetable oil

In making chin-chin all the ingredients are very essential and must be measured, the quantity of ingredients used matters most in making snacks.

The first thing to do is to measure your flour and sieve it to remove some dirt or lumps, all your dried ingredients will go in, the baking powder, milk flavor, nutmeg, sugar, and pepper (this is optional depending on how you want it to be, I love to add pepper to it) then mix with your hands.

I love adding milk flavor to my chin-chin because it gives it extra flavor aside from the normal milk I add to it, it gives it extra taste likewise the pepper as well

After mixing the dried ingredients then the liquid will follow, this is when you will add eggs, milk, vanilla flavor, and butter, mix thoroughly before adding water, also when mixing the consistency changes from powder to bater, add lukewarm water to it (not too cold and not too hot) bit by bit.

Your batter must not be too strong and must not be watery, everything should be in other to get that perfect snack you want, after mixing then I covered it for 20 minutes before proceeding to the next stage

The next stage is cutting, you mold your batter and roll it with your rolling pin to get a flat shape then you can cut it to your desired shape like a triangle square, or rectangular shape, then frying is the last stage.

The frying is the last stage, this depends on how you want it to be, you can either make it crispy or not too crispy depending on how you want it. This is the end of it, it doesn't take time but requires energy.
