RE: The Reality of Autonomous Vehicles in Developing Countries

in Hive Learnersyesterday

Good morning @manclar, as always it is very interesting what you raise, which refers to the relationship between technology and human beings. I think you are very right in the introduction, and it is paradoxical, but it is real that the technology that at the same time that allows better communication, by the use that is made of it, creates more superficial relationships and isolates us more from others.

On the issue of autonomous vehicles and a country like Venezuela I can think of two problems about their widespread use apart from the reasons you mention:

The lack of a good electrical system for recharging the cars.

The high prices that electric cars now have.

And there is an issue that you mention and that is the recycling of the large batteries used by these cars and their computer components.

Big hug @manclar, have a great day.

All those things that as a third world country we are not going to have. Someone there got upset today because I told him that the mentality of Venezuelans is disgusting, I guess that hurt his pride, bah! I guess the fact of being very ordinary makes him think like that... well, things, I'm one of those I don't trust cars, I prefer to drive them myself, until a tree chops it makes me feel better.

Greetings root, there are no hugs, but there are !PIZZA

I can understand the pride of belonging to a community. But another issue is that there are people who put their worth in external things for which they have no merit, such as being Spanish or Venezuelan, I guess because they cannot boast of their own achievements.

Have a good rest @manclar. See you later.

Certainly, they are very basic, primitive, common. People who follow the herd...and you already know that I am not one of those, rather I believe in meritocracy.

See you later, today I'm thinking about what perversion to draw, everything indicates that it's on the side of arrogance, it could be... I'll see later, the time is cool for you and everything, but for me it's 2 am and I'm very tired.

until much later.

See you later, que descanses.
