I admire your perspective on this subject, that is why court proceedings tends to give a lot of time to analyse the intention behind a particular crime before giving judgement because some crimes are more of a righteous act than a criminal act.

Exactly, you have to analyze everything, but as I said, I think that if you commit a crime to defend someone, a victim of your aggressor or even to defend your own life, I think you have to be calm in your evaluations and judgments. It may be that your crime is not entirely wrong.
