The only issue that I have is that people still equate their "worth" with their "wealth". This is a terrible mindset to be in because if you then come into a position that you don't have wealth, you immediately feel worthless which is not true. Having skill is worth something and should be valued. Having the ability to problem solve is valuable and so it dedicating time to teaching something to someone else or a team of people. But money doesn't equate with value of person.

Well, we live in a world where wealth and money is everything? It's why people choose wealth and not value or skills or any other human enablement. It's a human societal thing though. Yeah you're right money doesn't equate to the value of a person, it's a mentality we should change too. Thanks for coming through.
