No need to panic every time you touch them. Just make sure the writing on receipts doesn’t fade in your wallet. Tear them up and throw them in the trash or keep them away from skin contact.

You might notice that when receipts come into contact with heat like a hair straightener the writing disappears. Similarly your sweat and environmental heat can cause them to react faster.
