I believe that every human is responsible for their life. We can not blame anyone for how we turn out because our destiny is shaped by us. Parents or the government do play a role but we ultimately decide what path to take. Crime is only rampant now because the youths have decided to go for easy cash while the rest sit and blame the government. The others blame the home they came from but all these are just silly excuses to me. Most of the top 20% of the wealthiest men came from nothing and they had endured harsher conditions.
