It's a beautiful and spontaneous time having with Hive community. Learning is life, take or leave it.

I will love to talk about the term “INTEGRITY”. Some of us only know the meaning of Integrity, but still don't know the in-depth of it.

WHAT IS INTEGRITY?

To my best knowledge, INTEGRITY is defined as the act of being straightforward or truthful. This word is expected of everyone to possess. As a matter of fact, a man of integrity is a successful man.

This is one of the problems we are facing in our country, Nigeria. Most of the leaders are not truthful. A place full of integrity will be peaceful.

Would like to give you a life story of a man.

A man was invited for an interview in a company as a project manager. He as being at the place of interview 30 minutes before the schedule time of interview. 2 hours later, one of the co-interviewer came to meet the man and sent him on an errand to go get him a spare part of a car. Actually, he was given excess money in case the spare part was expensive. Though they gave him a particular shop to get it. Surprisingly, the spare part was cheaper than expected, he had some few cash left. On getting to the office, he explained to the person who sent him, and gave him back the change. The man then congratulated the man for a work well done that he passed the interview. Wow, the man was surprised, then he was told he was given the job because of his integrity.
Now see where integrity took the man to. It is advisable everyone inculcate the spirit of integrity.

IMPORTANCE OF INTEGRITY
1. Integrity brings peace: A man of integrity brings peace everywhere he goes.
2. A man of integrity is loved by everyone
3. A man of integrity is easy to be successful.

IN CONCLUSION

INTEGRITY is an aroma on a person who has it. It is easy to be known on a person. 80% of all promotions are as a result of Integrity.

DO NOT TAKE IT FOR LEVITY, INCULCATE IT.
