In my own opinion the word SORRY tis more than just saying I'm sorry I did something to you. It about meaning those words when you say it. It's also about realize that what you apologize for should one way or the other not repeat itself

Yes friend, that's why we should say sorry but like I also mentioned, pride is dealing with us so much that it's so hard to say sorry when we are wrong and to help out most times, I'd advise the one that was wronged to say sorry especially when saying that sorry will ease things up.
