Just breathe and calm down and you will find solutions. Walking is good for that. I've been reading a book by Napoleon Hill, Outwitting the Devil: The Secret to Freedom and Success... you should read it one of these days. He found the answers he needed by walking.

Usually my fix is getting out. Keeping busy and listening to music. It's helping some bit sometimes distractions don't make things dosappear
