

Greetings everyone!
Everyone of us have some habit depends on the activity good or bad, so called addiction. But it depends on the person, what type of addiction they have. We all know it's hard to maintain some discipline in productive things and very easy to build and addiction in bad thing like smoking, drinking and etc. Some people are proud to have addiction in good things and some people are tired to remove the addiction from their life. I have seen people they can't control their mind, body and their habit. People are fighting with themselves and most of the people lose.
Even everyone of us have addiction and the most common in everyone life will be the mobile phones, as the new technology are amazing and of course every one of us are having mobile phones and we are having habit to open and check every now and then, or just scrolling down the reels. Even I am having a very bad habit of scrolling the reels I am checking my phone every now and then I have even tried to control but it's not getting in control. But that's a very common and normal addiction.
On the other side what about the people who drink or smoke every day, I have literally seen people crying and saying we need to quiet the smoking but they can't their body and mind is addicted to it. People are saying liquid is still easy to control as compare to smoke but once you get in smoking you will never recover or leave it. Everything starts from a single try, of course everyone of us have might try all the things. And even I have tried all this things but I am taking care of myself and my habits every single day.
I have also tried smoking and when it feels like my mind is getting out of control I have stopped it there. Your body will give you signals when you are addicted to the habit like, your mind will think let's do it again your body will crave for such things. At that moment you need to control your mind everything starts from there when you lose over your mind. And after that everyone knows thing get growing and getting our of control. Having addiction in good things or in a productive activity is good which makes your lifestyle better.
As I am going to gym daily without missing any session same thing whole year again and again that really makes and feels a person good. Such things are hard to get in discipline that's what all it is. The human mind is very moody every person need something new every single day or they need the things very fast. At the end I will say everything starts and ends from your mind master and try to control it and you can get anything. Breaking addiction is tough but make your mind strong and avoid the excuses and implement actions to break bad habits and build good one.
