No matter how good the intentions are, kids will be kids and they'll always find a way to abuse the privilege. Even when phones were banned, during our time we still found a way around it, not to talk about now that the system is a bit lenient. It is what it is.

That's very true my brother, back then when we're caned for bring it to school, we still manage to bring it, not to talk of now that they ain't facing any form of punishment than meer words and caution.
In a nutshell, its best it's not allowed.
