Yeah... when the local communities are sensitized properly about the dangers of pollution not just to their health but also to the climate, they will create the necessary awareness and people will be willing to do their own little to fight pollution in all spheres of life.

Lack of public understanding and proper education. I fear that in the next few years the place will be in serious disrepair. Can cause major flooding.
