Self medication is never the best but like you stated what can the poor dd. The government hospitals are so few and far apart and the medical personnel's are saucy and prone to collecting bribes before attention is given to patients.

Our health system is terrible and that's one of the reasons why self medication is rampant here. If the government can just provide more hospitals and create awareness, there will be a lot of changes.
