That was the topic that we discussed, and forgiving is a good act not only to the other but also to us. The community was engaged around this topic and we shared stories and feeling around that.

Everyone keeps saying, “Manage your time well.” We’ve heard it since school days, make a to-do list, wake up early, schedule your day.
But what happens when you have the time… yet no energy to do anything with it?
In today’s fast-paced world, we often focus on squeezing more into our schedules instead of managing how we feel while doing them. That’s where energy management comes in — it’s not about how many hours you have, but how well you use your best hours.
So, which one really drives success — time management or energy management?
Discussion Questions:
Is managing your time really the key, or is managing your energy more important?
Why do we still feel unproductive even when we’re busy all day?
How can you tell the difference between being productive and just being active?
What small daily habits actually make your day feel balanced?
