It can be said that luck and hard work are not opposites but they are the backbone of each other. Everyone should know that without hard work the luck is not gonna work. Anyways, success is not about luck or hard work because it’s a mixture of both. Luck is when opportunity is given without any effort and hard work is the result of patience and potential. Success requires planning, destination and for that steps must also be taken and make sure the possibilities to work out.
To be honest hard work is the key to success. In my point of view one can succeed with commitment and hard work. Luck is an additional factor and if out of nowhere without doing anything I get opportunities then I won’t waste my luck. Well, maybe luck can play an important role in achieving success. Moreover, one needs natural ability and hard work to become successful. My mom says that every person is gifted with one natural talent maybe they didn’t explore it out yet. If people became aware of their capabilities they can achieve their aim faster than others.
Everyone wants success but it’s not on everyone’s fortune. Like everyone can’t get the first place then who will be 2nd or 3rd? Like for example I am the most well known female player in Pubg Mobile community in Bangladesh there are tons of girls who tried or still trying to grow up like me but to be successful like me they need skills in gaming they need to train and work hard for it also have confidence but must not overcommit.
I never got supported or ever admired for my work in addition they would be jealous but yet stalk me secretly. I don’t know if anyone has tried to work harder than me otherwise they would be in my position or higher than mine. I know about my struggles and how long I have been trying to improve my skills so that no one can say that I was just lucky, I kept doing hard work every day. My mental attitude gave me the ability to focus on my goals and improve my skills.
For real I believe that hard work gets you where you want to go or trying to go. No one can get where they want without hard work. If someone says there are no short cuts and easy ways to go ahead then it must be because they haven’t tried or maybe they just don’t know how to proceed. Like in Pubg Mobile there have been some girls telling me since the beginning I can never stand out by playing boys lobby I should play with the girls team in girls lobby because it’s hard to play against boys. They do lack confidence but I don’t.
If I want something badly then somehow I need to find a way around no matter what stand between me and my goal. Also, the boys would make fun of me saying I should return to the kitchen instead of playing on Esports level and I have proved them all wrong I have played with the boys the lobby might be hard but it has taught me how to be strong in tough places and it has helped me to improve my skills in game. Now I am a in a position no one can pull me back from it. They might if they grind hard like me. I don’t think I got lucky I think it’s my hard work paying off.
I have seen many people have had good luck and some have had bad luck. This is because we are all different from one another. If something bad happens to me I think of it like it has happened for a good reason and it’s a lesson for me to lead a better life.
Most of the time success is labelled with the name of luck. In my point of view who has achieved success without any effort or hard work I would call them lucky. If anyone has engaged in energetic work and got successful then he is a hard worker not lucky. He just got what he deserved for his effort.
I have learnt one should never take hard work for granted and this means I should be clear about what I want and work towards it, to make it happen in the reality, instead of waiting for good luck to happen. Like I would never label hard work with the name of Luck but I would rather call it a massive success. If it’s written in my fortune I will get it but if I don’t do the hard work then it’s gonna be difficult. So, the consequences depends on what I am gonna do and that’s why I should always take steps carefully if I want to be successful.

And after a certain point we need to depend on luck for get results. It has been seen that luck also support them who work hard because they create the opportunity for luck to work. So we should try to do hard work all the time because it's the only thing we can control.

I will add a point to it. Luck beings the opportunity and the hard work make this opportunity fruitful. Suppose you are not ready to avail the opportunity you got by luck and you keep on being at the same place where you are without striving for the progress then who is to blame? The luck or the hard work?

I would never blame anything for my failure even if I am stuck there forever and I would just accept the fact that everything is not for everyone. There are many stuck behind me and they would blame me for being stuck because of my rising they are not getting opportunities that's what they say and I think it's because they are not trying that hard. They just seem to believe that I got lucky.
