High Inflation and Poverty are the basic problems in many underdeveloped countries. There is an exponential increase in Unemployment; hence, Talent and Intelligence in our Youth are wasted. There is a big gap between Industry, Research, and Businesses. Due to these reasons, many young people are forced to do a simple job that pays them a few cents.

Today I've decided to share some memes regarding Life of Private Job Holders and Freelancers. I decided to cover some funny aspects of their life that are important to be highlighted.

The private sector plays a key role in supporting many families in all countries. Unfortunately, it has been an enemy of youth's growth. First, they offer less salary, and second, they take extra time on duty. I have visited more than twenty industries and factories in Pakistan where workers are treated like maids by the owners. Moreover, their salary is not enough to fulfill basic life's demands.

The private sector always tries to blackmail their workers if they protest for their rights. If you are agreed on their terms and conditions then you can work with them otherwise your job duration is less in these sectors.

Private Jobbers arranged their family needs by taking loans either from banks or from friends. In the end, when they get their salary, it is often not enough to pay all loans. Moreover, we can spend a hand-to-mouth lifestyle with a private salary. I've witnessed one strange event in Pakistan in which one wife has left her husband for not fulfilling her desires. There will be worse examples than this in underdeveloped countries, I know.

A single life is easy life, but when there is talk about life after marriage, then it is not easy for everyone, especially for private job holders. Private Jobbers always think about increments in Salary, while the wives expect more shopping with time. They both have a direct relationship, and a man becomes poor in his desires.

The number of Freelancers has increased in the whole world. Now it is easy to earn some bucks by providing Virtual Assistance. Freelancers are collecting good revenue that can play a major role in the economy of a country. Being a Freelancer, I'm happy to earn more than a private job holder. Now, people are leaving private jobs and joining freelancer Galaxy, where they can achieve their dreams easily.

I have found less transparency and merit in underdeveloped countries. The government did job advertisements so that a higher number of students would apply and would be able to charge more fees. In the end, they will select only people in their favor. Hence, whether it is a private job or a government job, I'm willing to do Freelancing.
