Right to speech is a fundamental right in the constitution of many countries. In simple words, this right provides freedom of speech to any person. Any person can share his thoughts with anyone. Any person has the right to speak his thoughts freely. But as any rule has some negative points, this rule is also not right for some people. When many countries were slaves, the people who were doing slavery there did not have the right to speak and did not have the right to put their point in front of anyone and this was mainly done so that people do not form groups and rebel against each other and do not start rebelling against slavery. But when any country becomes independent, some rules are made for the public and some rights are given to the people there, out of which this is in front of you as a main right.

Now, many types of rights are given in the constitution and many people misuse these rights. In fact, if we look at it, many people misuse the right to speech in a very wrong way. Many times it happens that some anti-social elements who always have a feeling of rebellion in their mind are ready to do anything to spread unrest in the society. The purpose of those people is to keep something wrong happening in the society. Such people do this by announcing any public meeting and then giving such provocative speeches in front of a large public that the public also gets influenced by their words and then the public works according to them. This is very wrong because in such a case you are misusing your right. Although giving such speeches is illegal, but this thing comes to light much later and many times such public meetings are addressed by some other name and people are misled.

According to me, there is no question of China taking away this right completely because if this happens then perhaps the right of any person to say something good will be taken away and there can be many drawbacks of this. Along with this, the biggest ill-effect will be that no person will be able to write anything on the internet and then the exchange of ideas will come to an end. In a way, we will start facing the lack of many important information.

However, to solve this problem, we can bring strict rules for those who use this right. The rules should be such that those people get such punishment that if any other person even thinks of doing something like this, he should think 10 times before doing it that if I do this, then this will be the result. The solution to this problem is that some amendments should be made in it because if we remain silent, then how will we fight for our rights and whatever problems we have or any suggestions we have to give, how will we put them in front of the public. This thing will again be such that we will have to live such a life as if we have become slaves again.

If we look at the other aspect of Right to Speak, then basically it is very important for the journalists because in our society, it is the journalists who bring the truth in front of the public. But do journalists bring every kind of truth in front of you? Are all the news you get completely true? If we look at this thing a few years back, then we could have accepted this thing there but nowadays there is so much dirty politics that everything works according to the person who is in power. If that person does something wrong, then with his money he even shuts the mouth of journalism. Many times it has come to light that honest people have to risk their lives and there just for exposing any news against these powerful people.
This thing is also wrong because if the government is giving this right to a person then it should also ensure that no person can do anything against this right. Only when we get true news, we will be able to choose a good public representative.
