Starvation is a very big problem. Many times I see in videos that small children steal from many places to get food and then when they are caught, people beat them. On the other hand, many people are kind and ask them why are you stealing at such a young age and then they also help them but unfortunately such people are very few in the society. The biggest problem with the law is that it only pays attention to factual things. If a person has made a bad comment, then he does not try to know the purpose behind it and the compulsions behind it and even if he knows everything here, still he cannot do anything because there is no such provision and neither is there any process of forgiveness in the law.
